Rival is a highly diversified music company that covers every aspect of the Music Industry. Campana Music Publishing and Patsie Campana Music Publishing represents all of the company's interests in songs written and composed by the artist and/or producers signed to the company.
This division will be responsible for administrating royalties collected from the performance societies such as ASCAP, BMI and SESAC (for airplay, mechanical and sales), and also for all sub publishing and master licensing deals made with foreign countries, television and film companies.
In addition, C.M.P & P.C.M.P. will actively seek to purchase and develop a catalog of compositions, which it will own and administer on behalf of the company.
Publishing Income:- The rights embodies in a musical copyright determine the manner and sources of income which may be generated by the composition. Thus, it is best to regard a musical copyright as a "bundle" of several rights: The most basic of which are:-
- Mechanical
- Synchronization
- Performance
The company maintains ownership interest in these musical compositions written by the artists and producers and represented by the music and management divisions.
